October 22, 2020, Dave Koller, Founder and Owner of Koller Law LLC, spoke at Dr. Dave DeMatteo’s law school class at the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law. Koller discussed Emotional Distress in Employment Law Cases. He also shared his general experience as an attorney who focuses his practice on representing employees in matters against their employers. Koller has conducted this program for several years.
Koller says, “Every year, I look forward to speaking to the law students in Dr. DeMatteo’s class. I am thankful I was again able to participate through video despite the COVID-19 pandemic. Hopefully, I will able to visit with the class next year in-person.”
Koller practices exclusively in employment law. He represents individual clients who have been wronged on the workplace. He fights for the rights of his clients in a wide range of employment claims including sexual harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and compensation, Title VII, retaliation and whistleblower, Family and Medical Leave Act, OSHA and unsafe working conditions, non-competition agreements, and COVID-19 related litigation. Koller is licensed to practice Employment Law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He appears before the state and federal courts in the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey and has argued before the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and Villanova Law School where he served as president of the student body.
